Refund policy

At TrendCart India, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy for damaged, defective, or wrong products.

To request a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number and product images

Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Returns are not accepted for personal-use items or products damaged after use

Refund Process:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be sent to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
